How long will shipping take during our Birthday Sale?
As our sale is occurring after hours please note your order will be packed first thing Jan 31st. Due to high demand please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be shipped.

What if I want to return an item bought from the Birthday Sale?
All products purchased during our Birthday Sale are treated as FINAL SALE & no refunds will be accepted. Exchanges and store credit will be discretionary, please see T&Cs page before the sale for more information.
Do I need a code to receive my 40% Off?
There is no need to use a discount codes as our birthday sale discount of 40% will automatically apply at checkout (including on already reduced items)
Can I make changes to my order after I've placed it?
During our Birthday Sale, our warehouse and customer service teams will be working fast, because of this,
we won't be able to edit any orders placed, take care when placing your order to make sure all details are entered correctly.
