CYBER WEEKEND SALE

  • Please choose carefully! Refunds are not available on any promotional or final sales. Full price items sold during Cyber Weekend promotional period are permitted for store credit only, unless deemed faulty. Already reduced sale items sold during Cyber Weekend promotion are FINAL SALE, no store credit, exchange or refunds, unless deemed faulty.
  • Orders that total over $200 after the discount is applied are still valid for free returns. If the value of the order falls under $200, returns are at the cost of the customer.
  • Please note total order value after returns must remain at $250 – $349 for 25% discount to continue to apply, and at above $350 for 30% discount to continue to apply.

SHIPPING COST AND TIME

All orders are shipped using various courier services across the world. We recommend providing a daytime residential or business address where someone will be available to sign between 9am-5pm, Monday – Friday. There is no redirection service therefore if no one is available to sign for your parcel it will be left at your shipping address. By accepting our terms of sale, you are giving The Wolf Gang the authority to leave the parcel at your specified address.

All orders placed before 1:30pm AEST Monday – Friday will dispatch the same day. Orders placed after this time will dispatch the following business day.

    • US + Canada Standard Shipping (10+ Business days) – FREE Over US$200
    • International Express Shipping (7+ Business days) – Flat Rate US$10

All international duties and customs taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS COST

    • All items are to be returned at the cost of the customer. We do not cover any international returns costs.

 

ELIGIBLE RETURNS

  • Full priced items – eligible for a refund, credit note or exchange if criteria are met.
  • Flash sale promotion items – items that are purchased during a flash sale promotion (such as Black Friday) are eligible for a credit note or exchange only (unless the item is faulty and meets the criteria for a refund).
  • Markdown sale – items that are end of season or final sale are not eligible for a refund, exchange or credit note. These items are FINAL SALE.
  • Faulty/damaged items – please email us directly at with your name + order number.

 

RETURNS CONDITIONS

  • The goods are in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached
  • The goods have not been worn, damaged or washed
  • You notify us to exchange within 7 days of receipt of goods
  • The original invoice as proof of purchase is provided

 

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Should you wish to make a return, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. We will then approve your return providing they meet our return conditions.

Please include your name, order # and return reason in your email to us.

  • International Returns– If the item meets the return requirements, the customer must send their item back at their own cost. The address will be provided upon requesting a return. The Wolf Gang will not be responsible for any loss or damage of items on return shipping.

 

EXCHANGES

Please note we do not offer traditional exchanges.
We will not hold stock while your parcel is being returned.
We do not ship exchanges before receiving the original return.
If your desired size is in stock when we receive your return, we are able to make the exchange. If your desired size is not in stock, we can issue a credit note or refund upon your returns arrival (dependant on the eligibility of your purchase).

 

REFUNDS

All accepted refunds are applied to the original card or account of purchase.
Please note that card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete.  This can vary greatly between card issuers and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
The total amount of the purchase will be refunded excluding shipping.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

We do apologise for any inconvenience a faulty product may cause and will refund at our discretion for any items deemed faulty. Please note that goods that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Both the cost of the item plus shipping will be refunded in the case of an approved faulty item.
