Please note all items purchased during the Click Frenzy Sale are non-refundable. An exchange or credit note may be issued for change of mind within 7 days after receiving your purchase. Please contact our e-boutique within this time frame with details of your return, and you will be issued a return #, which must be stated on your return package. Please note return shipping costs are not covered by TWG, and we are located in Australia.
The Wolf Gang ships globally.
All orders are shipped using various courier services across Australia and the world. We recommend providing a daytime residential or business address where someone will be available to sign between 9am-5pm, Monday – Friday. There is no redirection service therefore if no one is available to sign for your parcel it will be left at your shipping address. By accepting our terms of sale, you are giving The Wolf Gang the authority to leave the parcel at your specified address.
- Free Standard delivery on Australian orders over AU$100 (2+ business days)
- Express delivery on Australian orders AU$11 (1-3 business days)
- Flat rate of AU$15 on all International orders (Express shipping including tracking, estimated delivery varies, international duties and customs tax are the responsibility of the customer)
All orders placed before 2:00pm AEST Monday – Friday will dispatch the same day. Orders placed after 2:00pm AEST will dispatch the following business day.
Please be advised that there may be a delay of 1-2 business days during extremely busy periods, such as sale.
OWNERSHIP AND RISK
By proceeding with a purchase through our online store you give The Wolf Gang authority to leave your item’s at the designated address should no-one be present to sign for it. Ownership and risk of damage of the goods passes to you upon delivery at your specified delivery address.
We offer the following payment options: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, PayPal and Afterpay.
Please note we do not offer traditional exchanges. Please see Return Terms.
We do apologise for any inconvenience a faulty product may cause and will refund at our discretion for any items deemed faulty. Please note that goods that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Both the cost of the item plus shipping will be refunded in the case of an approved faulty item.
We would like to make it as easy as possible for you to make a return.
Please be advised that The Wolf Gang does not offer returns or exchanges on any sale/discounted items, or on our swimwear range. We kindly ask that you consider your items carefully before making a purchase.
Should you wish to make a return, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. We will then approve your return providing;
- The goods are in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached
- The goods have not been worn, damaged or washed
- You notify us to exchange within 7 days of receipt of goods
- The original invoice as proof of purchase is provided.

Please also note returns must be sent by registered post at the cost of the sender. The Wolf Gang will not be responsible for any loss or damage of items on return shipping.
All accepted refunds are applied to the original card or account of purchase. Please note that card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete. This can vary greatly between card issuers and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
The total amount of the purchase will be refunded.
All sale orders are non-refundable and no further discount codes apply unless otherwise stated. In the event of an issue with your sale order, we ask you contact our e-boutique staff at [email protected] with details of the issue. Please note sale stock is limited.
The Wolf Gang is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter (if applicable) and to personalise your shopping experience with us.
