If your order was eligible for a Gift With Purchase and you wish to return your order for a refund, please be sure to send the Gift back with your returned order. Failure to do so may result in your refund being rejected or the cost of the Gift being withheld from your return.
If you are simply exchanging your order for a product of equal or greater value, you may hold onto your Gift!

DUTIES & TAXES
We cover duties and taxes on all international orders.
Should you wish to return your item for a refund, the duties and taxes amount will be withheld from your refund, along with a 10% restock fee.
Should you wish to return your item for an exchange or store credit, we will not on-charge your duties and taxes costs.

REQUEST A RETURN
We accept returns for refund, store credit or exchange within 7 days of receiving an item, so long as they meet our returns conditions criteria.
Should you wish to make a return, please lodge your request using our returns portal within 7 days of receiving your order. Your return request will be reviewed by our team within 48 business hours. Once your return is approved, you'll receive a confirmation email.
If you have purchased REDO free returns (available for AUS and US customers only), you are entitled to a free return slip.
If you have not purchased REDO free returns, you are responsible for the cost of shipping back the item when a refund is approved. We recommend using a tracking number for your return so you can monitor its progress.
For all exchange and store credit requests on full-price items, we offer a free return shipping label.
Ensure that you take your parcel to the post office within 3 business days of receiving the return approval, as the return must be received at our HQ within 7 days of being accepted.
The Wolf Gang does not take responsibility for any parcels that are lost in transit or damaged upon return.
Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your return once it reaches our HQ in Adelaide, Australia.
Please note a restock fee of 10% will be deducted from your return if refund was selected.
RETURNS CONDITIONS
Please ensure your return meets the below before shipping it back to us to avoid rejection.
- The goods are in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached
- The goods have not been worn, damaged or washed
- Any Gift with Purchase obtained is also returned, where required.
- You notify us to return within 7 days of receiving your goods
- The original invoice as proof of purchase is provided
- The goods have been received back at HQ within 7 days of return being approved
Items that do not follow the above conditions may be subject to the denial of a return or refund.

ELIGIBLE RETURNS
All products purchased during a promotion or sale are generally final sale and cannot be returned.
Full priced items – Eligible for a refund, store credit or exchange if criteria are met.
Earrings – please note due to hygiene reasons earrings are unable to be returned
Flash sale promotion items – Items that are purchased during a flash sale promotion with a set discount/coupon code (such as Cyber Weekend and Black Friday) are not eligible for returns.
Discount Code - Items purchased using discount codes are not able to be returned for refunds.
Sale – Items that are end of season or final markdown sale are NOT eligible for a refund, exchange or credit note. These items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
Faulty/damaged items – Please follow the prompts on our returns portal and a team member will be in touch.
Items purchased with our Welcome Code discount or purchased using a bundle discount are eligible for a refund!

Change of Mind/Sizing:
Return for refund with REDO free returns: A free returns label will be provided via our returns portal. Please note a restock fee of 10% will be deducted from your refund.
Return for refund without REDO free returns: Return shipping label paid and organised by customer on TWG returns portal. Please note a restock fee of 10% will be deducted from your refund.
Return for exchange: Free return shipping label provided by TWG to customer
Returns for Store Credit: Return shipping label paid and organised by the customer on TWG returns portal

STORE CREDIT - BONUS 10%
We offer our customers a 10% bonus credit for store credit returns via our returns portal. 10% of the original purchase value is added to an e-gift card, once the item has been returned and assessed by our team.
EXCHANGES
We offer free sitewide exchanges for all customers via our returns portal when lodged within 7 days of receiving the item.
All International customers will not be required to pay duties and taxes on return for exchange. TWG will happily cover the costs!
REFUNDS
We offer refunds on all full price items. Please note that we do not offer refunds on any original shipping costs or duties & taxes incurred by the customer.
Orders that have purchased REDO free returns (Available for AUS and US customers only) will be provided a free shipping label.
Orders that have not purchased REDO free returns will be required to cover return shipping costs and organise shipping of the item back to us.
Where The Wolf Gang has covered duties and taxes, these costs will be withheld from the final refund amount.
A 10% restocking fee is also charged on all returns requesting a refund.
To avoid the 10% restock fee & / or duties and taxes, we recommend selecting an exchange or store credit!

* Please note that card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete. This can vary greatly between card issuers and unfortunately, we are unable to influence this.

FAULTY ITEMS
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by a faulty product.
If you believe your item is defective or damaged, please get in touch with our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order to report the issue.
Note that items damaged due to wear and tear are not considered faulty.
If your claim is approved, we will send out a replacement order. If we are out of stock your order will be refunded.
MARKDOWN SALE / PROMOTIONS
Please choose carefully, all styles marked down, displaying the red sale sticker are FINAL SALE.
We are not able to facilitate change of mind returns or refunds, unless the item is deemed faulty. Depending on availability, we may be able to facilitate a size or product exchange on sale items. Please contact our customer service team to see if this is possible. Additional shipping fees will apply.
