Product Care
Â
Our collections encompass a range of fabrics and materials, with a focus on natural fibres including linen, viscose, rayon, cotton, leather, suede and raffia. We use synthetic blends where appropriate, to add stability to the fabric and durability to more delicate materials to extend their lifespan within your wardrobe. We encourage correct care for your Wolf Gang pieces, treating and laundering them as recommended, in order to last season after season, and be treasured as the unique pieces they are.

Leathergoods Care
Â
Suede/Leather Care
As suede/leather is delicate in nature, we recommend care is taken when using our suede goods. When not in use, keep your The Wolf Gang bag in the dust bag provided, away from light and damp areas. We recommend using a suede approved leather protector & water proofer to repel water and help protect against stains caused from regular wear.
A suede brush / eraser is recommended for grooming, and can be used in conjunction with a suede approved shampoo for the treatment of difficult marks and stains. For stubborn stains, please refrain from overworking, as this can cause the colour of the suede to lighten in the treated area. Never rub or brush over the gold foil logo as this will cause the gold foil to lighten or disappear.
Any small imperfections in the suede, such as veins and slight colour variation, are considered normal characteristics of the leather.
Please ensure you read all suede protector/shampoo product instructions before use. The Wolf Gang will not be held accountable for any damage caused from the use of suede protector/shampoo products.

Colour Transfer
During the dying process, our suedes/leathers are treated to ensure they are colourfast, to encourage the dye to adhere to the suedes/leathers. However, it is common for darker coloured suedes to require excess dye which may then transfer from the suede/leathers, particularly if the suede/leather becomes damp. If you are concerned your darker suede/leather bag may have this issue, we recommend testing it for colour transfer before use.
Using a dampened light-coloured cloth, gently wipe the inside of the bag in a small area. If the cloth has picked up any colour, please follow the below instructions to help remove the excess dye –
• Using a dampened cloth, gently wipe over all areas of the bag evenly, including the inside, outside and straps. Please be careful to avoid the gold foil logo area. Repeat if necessary, using a clean cloth.
• Using a hairdryer on a low setting at a distance of approximately 20cm, dry all areas of the bag until excess moisture is removed.
• Spray the inside and outside of your bag with a suede approved leather protector and waterproofer, being careful to follow the product instructions. Allow to dry overnight.
• Avoid exposing your bag to rain or other situations where it may be in contact with water or moisture.
If you have any further concerns, we recommend you take your bag to a trusted leather goods specialist or dry cleaner for further advice.

Gold Foil Logo
The Wolf Gang’s gold logo is stamped on each bag during production using a specialty gold foil. The appearance of the gold logo can begin to fade with frequent use, heat, humidity or constant rubbing on the logo. To maintain logo longevity, avoid contact with the gold foil area.
Please note this is not a fault but a sign of natural wear and tear, and is designed to add character to your The Wolf Gang product, just as the suede will age and soften with frequent use.
The Wolf Gang will not accept returns on a purchase due to the gold foil logo fading as this is considered wear and tear.

Fabric Care
Viscose Fabrications
Our 100% Viscose fabrication is a soft, luxe natural fabric derived from wood pulp. This fabric is incredibly delicate and should be treated like with as much love and care as you would treat silk.
We recommend a light steam upon arrival to remove creases and small amounts of bruising from the garment. If present, these would have occurred during transit.
Please avoid sharp and rough surfaces as this fabrication will pull and rip if not worn with care.
We recommend dry cleaning only for these garments.
The Wolf Gang will not accept returns that have been washed not following the instructions on the care label.
Â
Linen Fabrications
At TWG we have multiple linen fabrications that consist of 100% linen and linen rayon blends. These are all natural fibres and should be treated with care. Any slubs within linen fabrics are natural characteristics of the fabric, and it's origin from the flax plant.
Linen fabrics need to be treated with care when wearing and washing. We suggest a gentle steam upon arrival of the garment to remove any creasing from transit. Our 100% linen fabrications can we ironed and pressed flat under a low heat also.
It is recommended to avoid rough surfaces when wearing as this fabric may pull when it coming into contact with such.
Please dry clean for the best washing result, or hand wash to prevent fabric shrinkage. Our linen pieces may be hand washed in cold water and gentle detergent also. To do this, run cold water and combine with gentle detergent. Fully submerge the garment and soak for around 5 minutes. Rinse under cool water and then press between a cloth or hands to expel excess water. Do not wring or twist the fabric. Lay the garment flat in the shade to air dry.
The Wolf Gang will not accept returns that have been washed not following the instructions on the care label.

Knitwear
Hand Knitted:
We pride ourselves on producing luxe hand knitted knitwear. Due to the nature of these pieces, they will be delicate and need to be treated with care.
As these pieces are all individually hand knitted, they may contain some natural flaws ie. a thread end or missed stitch. We do not deem pieces with these characteristics as faulty.
Please follow the care instructions on the garment carefully when washing. We recommend drying flat in the shade. Do not hang knits to dry as they will stretch out of shape. The Wolf Gang will not accept returns that have been washed not following the instructions on the care label.
Avoid contact with rough surfaces at all times. These knits may pull when they come into contact with sharp and rough surfaces. If a pull occurs, do not cut the pull! This will unravel the knit. We suggest trying the push this thread into the inside of the garment so that it is no longer visible. The Wolf Gang will not offer a return for this reason unless deemed faulty by our customer service team.
Machine Knitted:
Our machine knitted knits are delicate in nature due to the fine yarn used to create them. These knits are soft on the skin and have stretch that allows movement from the body.
Please follow the care instructions on the garment tag closely for washing and drying instructions. When drying, always lay your knit flat in the shade. Do not hang your knit as when drying, it will warp out of shape. The Wolf Gang will not accept returns that have been washed not following the instructions on the care label.
We suggest a gentle steam or cool iron under a cloth to help with creasing. However, these knits should rarely crease so we suggest avoiding these options if possible.
Take care when wearing these knits as they may pull when coming into contact with rough and sharp surfaces. If a pull occurs, do not cut the pull! This will unravel the knit. We suggest trying the push this thread into the inside of the garment so that it is no longer visible. The Wolf Gang will not be responsible for any pulls / rips that occur while the garment is being worn unless deemed faulty.
