Tracking is provided on all orders. All times below are estimates.

Please note: The Wolf Gang covers the cost of international import duties and taxes.
(If shipment is returned taxes will be deducted from refund).

We recommend providing a daytime residential or business address where someone will be available to sign between 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. By accepting our terms of sale, you are giving The Wolf Gang the authority to leave the parcel at your specified address.

Please allow 2 business days for your order to be picked and dispatched from our warehouse.

*Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with the given Postal Service. Replacements or refunds will not be given for products missing or damaged in transit.
