How long will shipping take during Black Friday?
We are working incredibly hard to make sure your orders are processed as quickly as possible. Due to increased demand during this busy period, we have ensured all hands are on deck to ensure your order is dispatched as soon as possible.
Instead of our usual dispatch time of same-day on orders placed before 1:30 PM ACST, please expect delays of 2-5 working days for your order to be dispatched during our Black Friday Sale.

How long will the sale go for?
We haven't confirmed when our Black Friday Sale is going to end yet. If you have your eye on a particular item, we recommend buying whilst stocks last!
What if I want to return an item bought from the Black Friday Sale?
All products purchased during our Black Friday Sale are treated as FINAL SALE & no refunds will be accepted. Exchanges and store credit will be discretionary, please see T&Cs page during the sale for more information.

During our Black Friday Sale, our warehouse and customer service teams will be working fast, because of this, we won't be able to edit any orders placed, take care when placing your order to make sure all details are entered correctly.
