SHIPPING COST AND TIME

All Australian orders are shipped using Australia Post Express Service. All International orders are shipped using DHL Express Service.

We recommend providing a daytime residential or business address where someone will be available to sign between 9am-5pm, Monday – Friday. 

By accepting our terms of sale, you are giving The Wolf Gang the authority to leave the parcel at your specified address.

All orders placed before 1:30pm AEST Monday – Friday will dispatch the same day. Orders placed after this time will dispatch the following business day.

AUS SHIPPING – OVER $320 – (1-3 Business Days) – FREE 
AUS SHIPPING – UNDER $320 – (1-3 Business Days)  – $10 Flat Rate

NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING – OVER $320 – (1-3 Business Days) – FREE 
NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING – UNDER $320 – (1-3 Business Days)  – $15 Flat Rate

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING – OVER $320 – (6+ Business Days) – FREE

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
 
Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with the given Postal Service. Replacements or refunds will not be given for products missing or damaged in transit.
