Must Stay:

Base yourself in Nice (close to the Old Town) as a cheaper alternative for accommodation and for easy access to trains for day trips to smaller towns.

Must Eat:

Visit La Guinguette de Toile Blanche for lunch — it's in Saint Paul de Vence, a smaller, quieter medieval town.

La Guérite for dinner, followed by a night out partying in Cannes.

Must Drink:

Babel Babel, Le Plongeoir, Café Des Amis, Quai Des Amis.

Must Do:

Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat — visit the famous Paloma Beach.

Antibes — check out the Old Town and make the trek to Billionaires Bay.

Must See:

Villefranche-Sur-Mer — a gorgeous, colourful town with a stunning sand beach.

Monaco — admire the views, yachts, and luxury cars, and check out the famous casino (but you don’t need a whole day here!).

Must Shop:

Saint-Tropez for all things designer, and stop for lunch at Gigi’s Restaurant.
