Please choose carefully, all styles marked down on sale, are deemed FINAL SALE. We are not able to facilitate size exchanges, credit notes, or change of mind returns or refunds, unless the item is deemed faulty.
*When checking out and making your purchase from our Sale page, with any item displaying the 'Sale' sticker, and any item with a price strike through reduction (was $, now $), you are agreeing to the above terms of sale.
DISCOUNT CODES
All items purchased using a discount or promotional code are considered Final Sale with no refunds accepted. This policy is confirmed during checkout and applies to all sale purchases. Additionally, if a discount code other than WELCOME10 is applied to your order, it will also be treated as Final Sale and not eligible for a refund.
MYSTERY BOX TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please note that only a limited number of Mystery Boxes are available. All items within the Mystery Box will be selected from the chosen size range only. Items can include past season styles, sample pieces, accessories including handbags, hats, jewellery, scarfs and never before seen items. All Mystery Boxes are final sale, and they cannot be returned for refund, exchange or store credit. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms at checkout.
PRE-ORDERS
Please note that items marked as Pre-Order will not be dispatched until a later time, this time period will be listed on the product page. If your order contains both preordered and in-stock items, your entire order will be shipped once all items are available for dispatch

WELCOME CODE
This is a one-time coupon, valid for your first purchase with The Wolf Gang, and is available to new customers who subscribe to our mailing list. Valid on full-priced items only. Excludes sale items. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or coupon. Change of mind returns will be accepted on purchases made using the welcome coupon, should your request meet our returns terms and conditions.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by a faulty/missing product. If you believe your item is defective or damaged/missing from your order, please get in touch with our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order to report the issue. Note that items damaged due to wear and tear are not considered faulty. If your claim is approved, we will send out a replacement order. If we are out of stock your order will be refunded.
OWNERSHIP AND RISK
By proceeding with a purchase through our online store you give The Wolf Gang authority to leave your item’s at the designated address should no-one be present to sign for it. Ownership and risk of damage of the goods passes to you upon delivery at your specified delivery address.

MEMORIAL DAY SALE RETURN POLICY
All items purchased during our 20% off MEMORIAL DAY SALE, are not eligible for refund or exchange so please choose carefully! All return requests are at the discretion of our customer service team and if accepted, a store credit will be issued, minus a 10% restock fee. Returns for store credit during sale promotions do not qualify for bonus store credit and all shipping costs are to be covered by the customer. Items that are purchased on sale markdown, and also utilise the 20% MEMORIAL DAY promo codes are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.
