Tracking is provided on all orders. All times above are estimates.

Please note: The Wolf Gang covers the cost of international import duties and taxes. (If shipment is returned taxes will be deducted from refund).

We recommend providing a daytime residential or business address where someone will be available to sign between 9am-5pm, Monday–Friday. All orders placed before 1:30pm AEST Monday – Friday will dispatch the same day. Orders placed after this time will dispatch the following business day.

By accepting our terms of sale, you are giving The Wolf Gang the authority to leave the parcel at your specified address.

Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with the given Postal Service. Replacements or refunds will not be given for products missing or damaged in transit.
